Can you supply the floor system for a double-storey home?
Yes. We supply floor trusses, I-joist floor systems and yellow tongue or other flooring with the frames and trusses, so the whole package comes from one plant.
Do you supply owner builders in the estates?
Yes. Owner builders send us their plans the same way builders do. If the engineering isn't done yet we can give an indicative price and guidance on what's practical to support.
What do you need for a quote?
Architectural plans and, if you have them, the structural engineer's drawings, plus the site suburb so we can include delivery. PDF is best. Attach them to the quote form or email them to reception@llframeandtruss.com.au.
